WA Loses to Marion Central

The Warriors lost a tough one to Marion Central 11-7. IN the words of a player “we sucked today.” Marian had a huge third inning scoring eight runs and did not look back from there. Drew Sandberg had a huge game for the Warriors going 2-2 with three RBI’s and a home run. Ryan Kramer had a rough day allowing ten runs over two innings but Max Ishikawa came in and stopped the bleeding only allowing one run from there on out.  The big story was that the Warriors committed SIX errors. This was the problem for the Warriors today “Kramer pitched fine but we did not play defense” said Alec McNally when asked about the game. The Warriors next game is tomorrow at Riverside Brookfield.
