Warriors Beat Plano 11-5

WA vs. Plano
In the first away game of the season, the Warriors destroyed Plano 11-5. The Warriors scored in every inning and had 13 hits to help Jake Cousins get his first win of the year. Cousins had a phenomenal first outing; He pitched three innings, allowed one hit, and struck out six. Matt Brandys and Tate Fritz provided some offense with their first homeruns of the year. Some other key statistics came from Ryan Kramer 2-3, Trevor Swaney 2-4, and Alec McNally 2-5. With the first road game under their belts the Warriors head to Florida for Spring Break where the Varsity team will play four games and the JV team will play two games. The Warriors with an 11-5 victory against Plano, are looking good, and off to a hot start.
